Krafting with Kelly

Kelly Rode will lead us in this fun, themed (to month or season) surprise craft activity each month. All materials will be provided. Max of 15 participants. Advance registration required.

2nd Wednesday of each month 10:30am - 11:30am


Join us for this Healthy Lifestyle activity. All skill levels welcome! No supplies needed (you can bring your own mat if you want - but we have them here!). Certified Yoga Instructors guide us in stretching and breathing to strengthen our mind and body. (no Yoga on the 5th Thursdays)

Learn what meditation is and several ways to do it as well as resources to help with your practice. No experience or equipment required - just bring yourself! Greg Gordon is a holistic psychotherapist with over 40 years of experience. Meditation is a valuable tools for enhancing healing and dealing with life's challenges.

Craft with Lori

Our local library system (EVPL) is sharing their craft guru Lori Golini for a monthly make-and-take craft. Lori will help us release our inner creative side while sharing some laughs and relaxing. All materials provided. Max of 15 participants so please RSVP to reserve your spot.

OFF-SITE (at Tri-State Athletic Club)

The following exercise classes and Walking club are held at the Tri-State Athletic Club, 555 Tennis Lane, Evansville. Contact Program Staff for additional information. To attend, you must be a current Gilda's Club member and RSVP with Gilda's Club.

  • Aqua Intervals
  • This class alternates aerobic cycles of moderate to moderate/high intensity levels.

    Thursdays, 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm and Saturdays, 9:00 am - 10:00 am

  • Pure Cardio
  • An invigorating water exercise class designed to provide a great cardiovascular workout.

    Wednesdays, 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

  • Silver Fit
  • A conditioning class for our silver athletes where exercises are performed standing, sitting, or at the wall.

    Tuesdays and Thursdays 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

  • Silver Stretch
  • Yoga based class combining upright exercise and chair assisted work to improve overall strength, balance, and stability.

    Wednesdays, 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

  • Walking Club
  • The Walking Club is on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

    Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12:00 pm to 12:45 pm
